The Quick-Lock suspension systems are known for their quality and complete range offering solutions for most ceilings.
The accuracy of the systems and the design of the connections providing the exceptional stability and ease of installation are important quality aspects.
On request we can advise you on solutions for special ceiling situations including possible details and loadbearing capacity calculations. System components can be produced on size which can be time saving during installation.
Next to the choice out of a large number of systems there is a complete range of accessories allowing to realize most non-standard ceiling situations.
In the product datasheets extensive information can be found about the best way to design and install the ceilings ensuring sufficient loadbearing capacity and safety. All load carrying components have been tested according the product standard and are provided with the CE mark.
CE Marking – DoP
The Quick-Lock products bear the CE mark to demonstrate they meet the essential requirements of the European Standard, EN 13964-2014. These requirements involve the reaction to fire, durability and load-bearing capacity.
The “reaction-to-fire” classification for most products is A1. The durability (resistance to corrosion) meets at least the requirements of class B. The CORRO-PLUS EF system meets the Class C specifications and following testing, can be applied in specific Class D situations.
The system also meets the requirements for application in a C4 environment in accordance with EN 12944-2. The performance specifications are laid down in so-called DoP’s (Declaration of Performance documents).
The label on each package contains a hyperlink to the associated DoP’s. These are available in multiple languages on API’s website.
